1. What ages of children do you accept?
We welcome children from 6 weeks to 12 years old, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children for after-school and holiday care.
2. What are your hours of operation?
We’re open Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
We do not offer care on weekends or major public holidays.
3. Do you provide meals and snacks?
Yes! We provide nutritious meals and snacks daily, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, and dinner. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs.
4. What do I need to enroll my child?
You’ll need to complete a registration form, provide your child’s immunization records, emergency contact details, and pay a non-refundable registration fee to secure their spot.
5. Do you offer before and after-school care?
Yes, we offer both before and after-school programs for children up to 12 years of age, including homework help, games, and activities.
6. Are you licensed and trained?
Yes, we are a licensed childcare center, and all staff members are trained in CPR, First Aid, and early childhood development.
7. What curriculum or learning approach do you follow?
We follow a play-based, age-appropriate curriculum that supports your child’s growth in language, motor skills, social-emotional development, and early academics.
8. How do you handle sick children?
For the health of all children, any child with a fever, vomiting, or signs of illness must stay home for at least 24 hours after symptoms have cleared.
9. Can I tour the facility before enrolling?
Absolutely! We encourage you to schedule a tour to meet our team and explore the center. Tours are available by appointment during the day.
10. How do you communicate with parents?
We stay in touch through phone calls, emails, and in-person updates. We’re always happy to answer questions or share your child’s progress.
