Welcome to Bright Stars Early Development Center. By enrolling your child in our programs or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Enrollment & Admission
● All children must complete a registration form and provide required documents before starting care.
● Admission is based on availability and age group placement.
● A non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your child’s spot.
2. Hours of Operation
● We are open Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
● Late pickups after 6:30 PM will incur an additional fee.
3. Tuition & Payments
● Tuition is due in advance on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on your selected plan.
● Payments must be made on time to avoid late fees or interruption in service.
● No credits or refunds are given for absences, vacations, or holidays.
4. Meals & Snacks
● Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner are provided daily at no extra cost.
● Parents must notify staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions in writing.
5. Health & Safety
● Children who are sick (fever, vomiting, contagious illness) must stay home until they are symptom-free for at least 24 hours.
● In case of illness or injury while at the center, parents will be contacted immediately.
● All staff are trained in first aid, CPR, and follow strict cleanliness protocols.
6. Behavior & Discipline
● Positive guidance and redirection are used to encourage appropriate behavior.
● Aggressive behavior or repeated disruptive conduct may result in a suspension or dismissal from the program after proper notice.
7. Holidays & Closures
● The center observes certain public holidays and emergency closures (e.g., severe weather). Notices will be shared in advance whenever possible.
8. Photos & Media
● We may occasionally take photos or videos of children during activities for educational or promotional purposes.
● Parents can opt out by submitting a written request.
9. Communication
● Bright Stars communicates with parents through email, phone calls, and in-person updates.
● It is the parent’s responsibility to keep contact information up to date.
10. Policy Updates
● Terms and policies are subject to change. Parents will be notified in advance of any updates.
