Welcome to Bright Stars Early Development Center. By enrolling your child in our programs or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment & Admission

● All children must complete a registration form and provide required documents before starting care.
Admission is based on availability and age group placement.
A non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your child’s spot.

2. Hours of Operation

We are open Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM.

Late pickups after 6:30 PM will incur an additional fee.

3. Tuition & Payments

Tuition is due in advance on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on your selected plan.

Payments must be made on time to avoid late fees or interruption in service.

No credits or refunds are given for absences, vacations, or holidays.

4. Meals & Snacks

Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner are provided daily at no extra cost.

Parents must notify staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions in writing.

5. Health & Safety

Children who are sick (fever, vomiting, contagious illness) must stay home until they are symptom-free for at least 24 hours.

In case of illness or injury while at the center, parents will be contacted immediately.

All staff are trained in first aid, CPR, and follow strict cleanliness protocols.

6. Behavior & Discipline

Positive guidance and redirection are used to encourage appropriate behavior.

Aggressive behavior or repeated disruptive conduct may result in a suspension or dismissal from the program after proper notice.

7. Holidays & Closures

The center observes certain public holidays and emergency closures (e.g., severe weather). Notices will be shared in advance whenever possible.

8. Photos & Media

● We may occasionally take photos or videos of children during activities for educational or promotional purposes.

Parents can opt out by submitting a written request.

9. Communication

Bright Stars communicates with parents through email, phone calls, and in-person updates.

It is the parent’s responsibility to keep contact information up to date.

10. Policy Updates

● Terms and policies are subject to change. Parents will be notified in advance of any updates.
